RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Unwaver, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all refunds are issued as store credit in the form of Unwaver Gift Card only, via email. 

So, You can either choose to:

  • Exchange your item for a different size, color, or product.

  • Receive store credit for the value of the returned item.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only if the item has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@unwaver.com with your order number as soon as possible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@unwaver.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

  4. Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
  5. Processing: After receiving your item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 4 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
  • To process your claim, photo and video evidence of the defective product are mandatory.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue gift cards and use as store credit.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
